"The hotel was great. I didn't realize I picked a room without a refrigerator. When I inquired about an upgrade upon checking in, the staff quickly found me a new room and I paid the difference in price. Also, before I could report a clogged sink, the cleaning staff cleared it. The room was nice and the hotel is within walking distance to just about everything in the French Quarter. I hate that I didn't catch her name but the lady at Front Desk was charming and very helpful with all out questions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for an economical stay that's far enough away from the noise but close enough to quickly get anywhere in the French Quarter!"

"I absolutely loved this hotel. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. Very up to date and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Within the hotel itself, there are a few restaurants and a few bars, one being a sports bar. You really don’t have to go out for anything if you didn’t want to. If I’m ever in New Orleans again, I will definitely stay there. "
