"The room very spacious looked like a suite. The hotel staff wonderful. The area was very convenient if anyone wants to walk around and enjoy great food. I will be going back to New Orleans French quarter and same hotel. "

"Bar and staff were great! Great area to stay near Loyola and St. Charles. Rooms are a little small. "

"Property is clean and nice. Convenient location and affordable parking. Cons are that the walls are thin, pillows are flat ( and they dont seem to have firm pillows, I asked). Breakfast had a decent variety but wasn't great. The whole fruit was halfway spoiled, the eggs were cold (everyday), they kept running out of forks and syrup. I asked the attendant for more syrup and he said they were out for the day. How can you be out of syrup "for the day"? Were they expecting an overnight syrup shipment? Why were they rationing syrup?"

"I would not book here again; everything was fine except for the arrival and the early morning hours. When we got to our room at 8:30 PM, the room next door had loud music playing and men shouting as if they were throwing a party; this went on until nearly 10:00 PM. At 5:00 AM, a phone started ringing—I’m not sure if it was in a guest room or in the lobby, but since my room was number 1, it sounded very close by. The thing is, that phone rang for over half an hour, and no one answered it. Later, around 6:00 AM, there was a very loud noise coming from the ceiling, as if something heavy had been dropped in the room directly above us. It was simply too noisy to get any rest—and this was in an accessible room, which I had specifically requested because I am traveling with a minor who has several disabilities, one of which involves seizures triggered by loud noises and sudden frights."

"They tried to charge my card before I arrived and then didn’t have any rooms for me. They were rude and unhelpful. They also blatantly ignored policy for charging before arrival. I was left basically stranded in a place I’ve never been."
