"The room itself needs some tlc the room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t done like it should had been and also there was Three towels that was stained as well. But it needs just some touches the staff at the bell stand the valet parking was excellent… hoping that when we com back some things has changed at the hotel…. "

"Last night, we arrived at the hotel with our family at 12 a.m. We had reserved a room with two queen beds, but they gave us a room with only one queen bed and said that was the only room available. We requested pillows and blankets, but instead of blankets they gave us towels. The front desk staff(Michelle)was very rude—they insulted us, mocked us, and said it wasn’t their problem. They told us that since we booked through Expedia, go and talk with them our money would not be refunded. We had also called ahead about parking, but they never mentioned that valet parking was the only option with 51 dollar per nightIt was a very bad experience, and I do not recommend it."

"When arrives to the room, realize the bathroom towel rack was a little loose, but they had no problem coming to fix it. Otherwise the room was clean. The stay was great. Highly recommend!! "
