"Staff is wonderful and location can't be beat!!! We were there over spring break which was quite busy, therefore housekeeping was overwhelmed. IF they came it was VERY late in the day and not a full cleaning of the room. Overall this is my second time here and i just love the courtyard and the staff is so friendly. There is always a doorman so safety was never in question! "

"It went well except the need for more towels and washcloths. When I called the front desk one staff member, and I’m not certain who, didn’t understand why I needed more than the two washcloths provided when there were two people staying in the room-I’m sorry but I don’t use the same rag to wash my face and the rest of my body! On the day the room was supposed to be cleaned, housekeeping didn’t show up until almost 5pm."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Dauphine Orleans! The hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet, and wonderfully situated in the French Quarter. One block over from Bourbon St but still very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and quick to help us with anything we needed. May Bailey's next door was the hidden gem for us. Loved the drinks, music, and atmosphere! 10/10 would recommend!"

"Everything was excellent and we will stay there again. One minor downside, was how long we had to wait to access our room... almost 2 hours."

"The whole experience was awesome from top to bottom.The staff were inviting, friendly, and exceeded every expectation or necessity from valet, to check-in/check-out, concierge service, bellhops, and even cleaning lady calling and making sure we got our forgotten items returned. The building and room were immaculate, beautiful, and elegant with a nice historic feel."
