"Nice, old hotel. Most staff do their best, but like most of aging New York, things break down from time to time, esp. elevators. And they are tiny, so if you are on the 8th floor, best to ride to the top floor then come down. The APA hotels in Japan are famous for this - just a fact to deal with. ..."

"The staff was helpful.The room cleaning could use more attention hair in shower and on shower curtain. They had to switch my room 3 times due to the A/c not working, then the noise...the 3rd room was the one that had the hair in shower and shower curtain."
