"The place is not well labeled, so if you’re driving by yourself it’s a little difficult to find. Also, the security pad to get into the building requires you to wait before it clicks open. Would’ve been nice to know that. Parking in front is all in Japanese. "

"First location. For me the location is perfect. Small side street that is so quiet, you can't believe you are in a city. Close to temples, shopping and restaurants that are literally one minute away. When you get the code and enter the building it has this quirky charm that makes it so appealing. The room/unit was huge, at least he one that I stayed in. Beautiful wood and tatami matted rooms, full kitchen, separate bathroom and shower. Great futons to sleep on. A true Japanese experience. "The place was nice. The beds were a little terrible though. There's two upstairs rooms, you have to go through the one with the queen bed to get to the one with the two floor futons. 3 out of 5 of the beds were subjectively very uncomfortable. It felt like springs were pushing into your back / side as you slept. All the guests that slept on those beds mentioned it. Other than that though the location is amazing, the place was good. Fairly spacious and fairly nice all around! "

"Great value for money - affordably priced, location within easy walking distance to JR Nagasaki Station, clean, comfortable and functional room, and there were also so many other additional perks: free ramen from 9.30pm to 11pm every night, free ice lollies/ probiotic drinks daily, free massage chairs for guest use. And a 7-11 is attached directly to the hotel too. Recommended!"
