2泊3日で利用。ゆったりできる綺麗なビジネスホテル。部屋の大きさも気にならず、ベッドもしっかりしていたし、枕も選べてよかった。ドリンクサービスのコーヒーも美味しかったし、朝の時間帯に緑茶が飲めたのもよかった。スタッフの対応も丁寧で感じがよく、気持ちよく過ごせた。 共有で使える電子レンジの中が食品で汚れていたので、ウェットティッシュのような拭けるものがあるとよかったなと思った。

Conveniently located, clean, on site laundry facilities, and an extensive, good quality breakfast. Only thing to consider is that there was no wardrobe. If you were traveling alone, like me, it is no big deal. If you will be sharing a room I don’t think it is a deal breaker, but something to consider.

朝の色々忙しい時間に、火災放送が発報して、シャワーを浴びて、楽しみな朝食という段取りでやってる最中だったので、必死にバタバタして避難したが、ホテルのミスで避難訓練の放送が誤って客室に発報したとの事。訂正の放送もなく、ドキドキ必死でバタバタしたのにも頭にくるが、部屋へ戻りシャワーを浴び直したりしていたら、朝食の時間がなくなり、何も食べずにチェックアウトとなった。朝食を食べられなくなった事をチェックアウト時に従業員へ告げたが、朝食代金の返却すらなかった。 コチラに何か落ち度でもあったのか。詐欺にあった気持ちで、かなり不満です。何とかしてください。

Overall we choose Forza because of previous experience in Kanazawa but this looks old, with scratched walls, dirty walls and old furniture, the breakfast was great with regional food but the experience overall was far away from Kanazawa, Maybe some renovation, the space was good but it needs to be redesigned.

Location was great! It was a little dated compared to other hotels we stayed in but the location more than made up for it. We did not have much of a view grom our room but itvlooks like there is potential for rooms with great views! I would stay here again, i just wish it was slightly upgraded and i wish it had an onsen.

全体的に清潔感があり、大変綺麗なホテルでした。 スタッフさんは皆さん挨拶がとても気持ちよく、親切で良かったです。部屋に追加のタオルを届けて欲しいとお願いしたところ1分で来て下さり、感動しました。 朝食は、皿うどん、カステラなど長崎らしいメニューもあり、品数が豊富で満足度が高かったです。 受付近くに無料のコーヒーメーカーがあり、カフェモカやココアも飲めて、美味しかったですし、子どもも楽しめて良かったです。 部屋のお風呂も洗い場、いす、桶があり、非常に使いやすかったです。 お風呂場のドアがクレアガラスでなく、すりガラスだったら最高でした！ 長崎に来る時も絶対ここに泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした！
