"I used the cleaning service and the hotel lost 2 items. The
pool was close and was the spa, I wanted a massage but the woman was on holiday. My room had a hot tub but without any water so you couldn’t use it. The
pool had no water in so you couldn’t use it. But the staff at the hotel are excellent, the owner just isn’t very good with communication or keeping the hotel fit for purpose."

"Very surprising!!!
We arrived at a 3 star all inclusive hotel and we didn't expect this!
Although the hotel is old, the rooms are not luxurious, the food is just ok, and the service in the restaurant is lacking… Still, the value we received is beyond what we expected! Definitely worth the price and the offer the hotel gives!

It is worth mentioning Annabella from the reception (I hope I remembered her name), who took care of our every request and of course our well-being. Recommend to everyone, remember: worth the price you pay!!!"
