Whole property tired and in need of renovation for the price point. Breakfast terrible, very limited non meat options, rubber eggs. Staff very welcoming though! Location perfect. "

"We booked a twin room, which was confirmed at check-in however we were told that the room had a king size bed. Took 3 phone calls and two and a half hours to get housekeeping to ste the room up as booked. Not good enough. "

"Room was decent, they had built a different type of shower to the ones in sutton ibis hotel lower quality in my opinion but worked fine. One bedside lamp was broken and they tried to fine me for it but was broken before we arrived so be sure to report any faults while you are there. Staff were polite and breakfast was standard, enjoyed it but could have nicer sausages. Would stay again "

"The hotel is fine, it struck me as a kind of an upmarket Premier Inn. Location is good although the Marina restaurants tend to the the Nandos/Pizza Hut/Zizzi end of the market, if you want anything nicer you will need to go into Brighton. The breakfast was expensive for what you got quality wise. It was OK for a night's stay."

"From the moment I arrived with my 17 month old granddaughter in tow, the staff were fantastic. Very helpful right up until we left the following morning. Room was comfortable and had what we needed. Liked the dj in the bar whilst waiting for food! Location was good. Highly recommend for the attentive staff. "
