"A fantastic stay in Ambrose. The hotel is beautiful - lovely little pool and a wonderful terrace to have a meal in the evening. All staff friendly and exceptionally helpful. Wonderful view of the chateau from our room. Perfectly located in the heart of the town, five minutes walk from the river. Highly recommended."

Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food available. Bed very comfortable; bathroom excellent. The hotel is a bit "tired" in terms of decor, carpeting etc. - couls do with a facelift."
