"worst customer service that I’ve ever encountered. Misleading information between staff caused great The customer is put in the middle without regard to circumstances. Needless to say, I will no longer be using this hotel in the future. Due to extreme weather conditions and tornadoes in Michigan, flights were canceled and travel plans had to be adjusted. They were inflexible and charged me for one night when it wasn’t used. Hotels.com made the original reservation and reached out to the administrative staff at the Kingsley Inn, who still stood firm and did not offer a room credit for a future use. I was not looking for my money back. I was simply trying to rebook the room in the future. I’m sure that there are other hotels that would appreciate my business."
