"Pre-cruise hotel was excellent. Shuttle to pier was $16, on time and efficient. The hotel is located within short walking distance to restaurants and fast food. Walk to shopping center (TJ Max, $5 Below, etc.) The hotel is great. I will always stay here beforeI get on a cruise. "

"Great place to stay if you’re cruising. They have transportation to the port for $15 per person, Few restaurants to choose from, kitchens nearby close at 10 pm. Walking distance, safe. Staff was nice considering high traffic of travelers. Free breakfast!!"

"The noise of the street felt like it was inside the room, as if a window was open, but it wasn’t, just poor design. Our room had a door that communicated with another room. The guests in that other room were trying very hard to open the communicating door! It was close to midnight and they wanted to get in. We thought it was children being children. The next morning we saw 4 adults walking out of the room. Never again we’d choose this hotel. "

"Did not use the pool. Our of 2 elevators 1 was out of service from our first stay until 9 nights later. Worker said it had been out a long time! Poor shuttle service that is contracted and not run by the hotel. Van is hard to spot with small magnetic signs on the side for several places. Will not return to this hotel."

"The bar area was very nice. Only 1 attendant for the whole area, but he did a wonderful job. Breakfast is not included at this location so be aware of the additional cost $14 per person. Location is good with a brewery within walking distance and several restaurants. Overall a great stay and we have stayed before and will stay again."
