"Parking lot was nice and had awning coverage around the perimeter of the lot, but it wasn’t connected to the actual front door so for ME, traveling on a rainy day, it wasn’t really beneficial. But for someone on a sunny and hot day, it could be. Think of a drive in, like sonic or something. The car ports have coverage but you still have no coverage when you have to walk to the building. Kinda like that. We spent Mother’s day morning there before check out, the breakfast was……a hotel breakfast… to say the least. But when we arrived the night before they had a handy print out of all the local eateries. It was a swift check in, liability was only $30, there’s a Costco next door. And easssssyyyyy access to the highways. Would stay again"

"This hotel lived up to the reviews. Dana at the front desk was welcoming, informative, and efficient. My room was large, with a nice kitchenette, all the needed amenities, a very comfortable king size bed with a nice headboard, and room was attractively, decorated. Also, a great value my room rate was significantly lower than other hotels, and with higher quality Moody Street, within walking distance, has a wide variety of bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Sweet Basil for fantastic Italian food, reasonable prices. And delightful staff. I come up for business periodically. This will be my new go to hotel.!"

"The staff were very rude. I had 2 reservations with individuals checking in at different times. When it came time to check in for the second reservation, I was told it was cancelled. I gave them the confirmation number for both reservations and I was told it was cancelled. I called Expedia and they verified it wasn’t cancelled an attempted to call the hotel but they wouldn’t pick up the phone. When they finally agreed to give me the room for my second reservation, they first gave me the keys to a room that was occupied! I finally received my room 2 hours after I arrived at the hotel. On top of all of this, they wouldn’t even give my elderly mother water while checking in! "

"Staff at front desk are so clueless although I paid true Expedia they charged me full price on check in when I mentioned I have paid true Expedia she said she will credit me, on checkout the charges me full prices on my credit card again when I mention she argued with me tha No she only charged me 81 dollars when I showed her my credit card she told meat is wrong I had to call me credit card comp at and file fraudulent charge on the two charges "

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect. It's surrounded by so many great shops (Ulta, Marshals, Starbucks Ben & Jerrys and many great restaurants), making everything easy and convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options, and the rooms were gorgeous, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We arrived close to midnight and I felt very safe being with my daughter who needed to be seen early at Boston's Children Hospital. Peace of mind during my stay was important. One thing we really appreciated was how quiet the hotel was; we never heard noise from other rooms or outside. Although Boston's Children Hospital is close, prepare for added travel time. The mere 3 miles ended up being 30 minutes at 7:45 AM. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again! "
