Check in was not great, no rooms ready, also guests being told they could not have a third bed in the room even though that is what they had reserved - awkward! Spent $50 for 2 drinks & a snack in the bar while waiting (past check in time) ..."

"I thought the room was really excellent and the details, from the kettle to the shower were really top of the line. My only complaint was that the super inviting walk in shower, with the giant shower head, had very weak water pressure - it was a real disappointment."

"A lovely old fashioned resort bungalows in the redwoods. We were attending a concert nearby in Felton and the hotel was very conveniently located. Super easy checkin and check out. Very friendly hosts. I wish that I'd stayed for an additional day to properly enjoy tge setting."
