"The room we were assigned to was right next to the ice machine and washer and dryer. The hotel was not full so not sure why they would put someone there. People were doing laundry till after midnight. The shampoo and hand soap dispensers were empty as well as the Kleenex were out. The refrigerator made a loud noise all night. Went out of the room in the morning to get breakfast and came back to our keys not working. Had to wait 15 min for someone to come to the front desk where they reprogrammed the keys with no apology for the inconvenience. Instead blamed me for having them near my phone, which was not the case. The price is good and the room was clean. But overall it was not a good experience."

"The hotel was not clean at all, and unfortunately money was stolen from the room I stayed in. Yes, I forgot my bag in the room, but this is the first time I have ever experienced theft like this in a hotel. The shower in my room was also not working, the water was very cold, almost all of the water attractions were closed except for only two, and the breakfast was very poor. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

"Everything started out great when my girlfriend and I first arrived. This was a birthday present for myself and also a getaway trip from work/home life. I was so excited to be able to use a hot tub because of the type of work I do when I went downstairs around 6 PM to use the hot tub there was a family with 8 kids in the hot tub with four adults now hey I get it but when there’s a sign behind you that says no children under 18 and you have little children with Floaties on who can’t even swim that’s dangerous not to mention it’s rude. The next day, my girlfriend went down to the staff and told them how upset we were that we couldn’t even use that hot tub because they stayed in it all night. They went back and reviewed the footage and seeing that there were children in there and got very upset because it can hurt their bodies. They said they did make it up and switch our room to a nicer room. I don’t know I feel like that really didn’t have anything to do with the problem, but it was so nice and they gave us two free complementary breakfast tickets but then the next night we were able to use it and then we went and ate and then by the time we came back those same people and the kids were back in the hot tub, so I said something again so all in all it really wasn’t that bad if they just paid more attention to the people that are swimming in the pool and hot tub"

"This hotel was atrocious. I would never stay here. Their pool was closed the indoor pool they had no restaurant they had no breakfast. The elevator was broken. I paid ahead on Hotels.com 500 and something dollar for three nights. They charged me on top of that an extra one 3140 and try to charge 160 before I shut my car down beware"

"First of all, I only book this room or these rooms for my kids for the memorial of the passing of their dad. I booked this rental a month and a 1/2 in advance. I asked for 2 adjacent rooms. I was traveling with 3 kids and 2 adults. When I first got there, I got there well left after my check in because I was traveling in an electric vehicle. When I first arrived around 430, the guy tried to make me pay for another room, not realizing I had already paid in advan that was the first problem.Second problem came when later on that night after I came back from charging my car and I tried to relax. I found a moving roach, I took pictures, and then I killed it. I told the hotel's staff about what was going on in my room.They told me they were clean it.They never did long story short.The roach,Set in my room for 2 days.I have 2 different times from pictures.Because the staff never cleaned my room , then kicked me and my kids out in the middle of the night when we got back from cedar point with my kids. All because when he finally did clean my room , I recorded him doing so , he seeing my phone got mad and kicked my kids and I out. He told me he was going to refund me which he lied.Because when expedia called , he told them he was not going to refund me. He must've thought I was gone because I had to drive all the way back to the room and talk with this man about my money. This room is horrible. Awesome breakfast was two choices of toast and two choices of cereal,juic machine broken"

"I’m an early riser, and I was told that I can get the coffee in the lobby from 4 am to 12 pm, which was absolutely amazing, but my concern was if the milk would be kosher, to my surprise, it was kosher. Thank you Wyndham hotel!!! You made my morning!!!"
