Great location, hotel is modern and well maintained. Service desk staff were excellent, Georgia and Gilberto were very professional and helpful. Drinks at the bar were wonderful! Sam and Angelo were very friendly and provided great service. Will stay here again!

I specifically wrote a note about refilling the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and getting a pillow and when I came back to the hotel room the note was turned around and all the stuff I asked remained the same. Hotel Estheréa
Our favorite hotel on our travels so far! We loved the location and views from canal room. The lobby area with coffee, treats and cats made it feel so comfortable. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. The decor was beautiful!
