Leftover food was found inside the microwave oven. According to staff, no plastic bags for rubbish bins, the so-called Marriott Standard. Poor housekeeping, with no cleaning until filing a formal complaint. Complimentary breakfast and fruit plate were given after I repeatedly complained (5 times in 3 days for a 5-night stay) to front desk staff due to multiple housekeeping issues. Disappointed with such standard of service by an international hotel group.

The overall property was nice. The pool was great. The hotel portion is nicer then the apartments. There was no soap to wash dishes, only one dishwasher tablet, which seemed unreasonable to wash a few plates in a full dishwasher after our one night stay. I questioned the cleanliness of the cutlery, as we had to clean a few prior to using. The room smelt and there were stains on the comforter. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the apartments. Overall fine, but i would stay in the hotel portion next time over the apartments.

Very nice quiet and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the location is so far out from everything that you are captive to the Corendon restaurant, which is buffet style, constantly crowded and requires reservations for rather mediocre food.

Convenient, helpful and friendly
We had originally booked an apartment for four of us to stay in as we were celebrating a 50th birthday. When we came to check in we were told “sorry, we have double booked you and you now have 2 separate rooms, but they are near to each other”. We were so disappointed, but not much we could do as no more rooms were available. When we went to our rooms they couldn’t have been any further apart ! It was now late, so I left my grumbling to the morning and spoke to Jill the receptionist who was absolutely marvellous and so helpful and apologetic. We were given breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. Overall we would all stay here again, the hotel and apartments were comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the free shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes took us straight to airport where we were able to get the train straight into central Amsterdam. Would recommend

Great place to stay with handy bus shuttle to and from the airport. Big apartment room with full kitchen was great. Only small piece of feedback would be to equip the room to make cooking in the kitchen a little easier - oven mits, cloth, oven safe dish etc... Other than that everything was wonderful.

We did two visit with a break in between - Day 1-3 - perfect (not spotless and roof is dirty) but general was very good, and bigger than expected - the spa was lovely and the free shuttle service really helped The 2nd 4 days was disappointing, dishwasher didnt work for almost the entire time which meant I couldnt cook . Asked for soap and sponge which took 3 days to arrive

I can also see that at the 10th and the 11th of August Maintenance 'fixed' the dishwasher, but apparently you still couldn't use it. Please trust that I will discuss this matter in our management meeting, to make sure those things will be handled more accurate in the future. Amazing stay here and shuttle was super convenient to Schipol airport. Staff were amazing to help my mother and I wit my two small children! Can’t thank them enough for all of their help with our luggage and getting us on the shuttle the next morning! The hotel is beautiful, has everything you want/need especially with children. The self serve convenience store was great for our super early morning and open 24/7. The all you can eat buffet restaurant was fantastic and included beer/wine, so well worth the price per person! Will stay here again when in Amsterdam for sure.

Clean, efficient airport hotel. It has on-site restaurant and an excellent pool. It is a bit skimpy on amenities (no hair conditioner), and there is nothing around. In order to get to anywhere, you need to take the shuttle to the airport and then take a train into city center. The hotel belongs to Antalya based Turkish low cost carrier, and all rooms have airplane related artwork (which I liked). The property also has a full 747 (not a replica, the real thing) on its yard - very cool!

Pros: The room was spacious. Kitchen had all the dishes etc. Cons: Shuttle schedule was not reliable !! I missed the shuttle and used taxi, which costed 31 euros!!

Rooms in apartment complex were very spacious, clean, comfy and soundproof. The restaurant was great and so was the Skybar. The gym and pool were excellent. Will stay here again.

We picked this property for its convenience and proximity to the airport. They provided complimentary airport shuttle. Breakfast buffet provided some options. Highly recommend.

Front desk staff were very friendly. We appreciated the luggage storage offered prior to check in. The shuttle bus ran approximately every 30 minutes between Schiphol Station and the hotel complex so we were able to utilize public transportation to visit nearby Amsterdam.

My one night stay at Corendon Apartments was flawless. Checking in and out was super easy, the main area has a movie theater and there is a full sized plane out back to tour if you have time in your stay. Room was clean and spacious and key system for lights was cool. Bus system to take you around Amsterdam and a very handy shuttle to get you to and from the hotel. Well done.

Few problems but nice hotel
Although the hotel is lovely, the apartment we had had a few problems. The rug was very coffee stained, the tv didn’t work and even although we phoned reception about it no one came. In the morning we wanted to make a cup of coffee and found that the kettle didn’t work either. Other than those problems the apartment was comfortable and had a good shower etc.

The room we rented was amazing: clean, comfortable, spacious. Perfect for our family to rest before travelling home. We also ate at the buffet which was delicious and worth the value.

We thought we’d be able to cook meals in the kitchen of our apartment. However when we arrived we found out we had a microwave/oven which had no instructions on how to operate. We asked for another big dining bowl but was told we were only allowed one. However the apartment and grounds were so clean. Staff was really friendly. Sky bar was great, airport shuttle really helpful every daily to get to the city.

Great hotel
Great hotel. Very new, rooms clean, great service, plus good facilities including pool and spa. However, parking costs e17.50/day which is less than ideal but I guess not surprising being next to the airport.....

The hotel apartments were nice, but no cleaning room as only do when checking out, communication was very unprofessional, not given any compensation. outside the hotel free parking which they did not advise, key door not working every day have to go to the office to get charged they said its a new lock, not happy to stay in future,.

Apartment was clean. We were able to get early check-ins (for a price). Buffet dinner is a bit pricey but the food is very good and beer and wine are included. Airport transportation is convenient.
