1. Service was good and room was clean upon arrival. 2. Server Habib gave me good service as well at breakfast time, service with a smile. 3. Restaurant (Kreuken & Bar) looked very cozy and always inviting/, modern, clean. 4. Kind and helpful

I am grateful to the staff who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Due to flight delays, I missed my connection in Amsterdam and had to find a hotel to stay the night. I had nob luggage and the staff were kind and helpful in giving me a robe and slippers so that I could wash my clothes.

Nice hotel room, really nice breakfast area. However, it should be noted to travelers that this hotel is far from the areas of Amsterdam people want to see. There is also no mass transit to this hotel. We tried to get bikes from the hotel, but they were sold out both days we were there. So, we had to take a good amount of expensive Ubers.
