Our new sleeping pods offer great privacy, with small compact style living. We have communal bathrooms on each floor for your convenience!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! We have a great location right in the heart of Amsterdam and close to many major attractions, bars & restaurants. We are very sorry to hear about this incident, we have since contacted Pest Control to resolve the issue and they have ensure us it will not happen again!

Thanks for your review. We have a great location, only 7 minutes walk from the central station. We also have an awesome Irish bar, where guests get discounts on food and drink. We show all major sporting events on our 14 TV's!

Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. Regarding the payment, you were indeed incorrectly charged before arrival, and we did apologise for the mistake that was made. However you were refunded within 2 hours of being charged - which we sent you proof of. So its untrue that you called numerous times before being refunded as it had already been refunded 10 days prior to your one call. We offer clean, comfortable accommodation in a great location. Pest control were called out the same day you let us know you thought something was in the room, but they did not find anything.

Gracias por tu comentario Lamentamos no haber cumplido con sus expectativas. Desafortunadamente, como no reservó una habitación con aire acondicionado, no tuvo una. Sin embargo todas las demás habitaciones cuentan con ventiladores. Ámsterdam ha estado experimentando un clima inusualmente cálido, y hacemos todo lo posible para mantener las habitaciones frescas. We maken het heel duidelijk dat we een hostel zijn en geen hotel. Je hebt een bed geboekt in een gemengde slaapzaal - geen privékamer. Ik raad u ten zeerste aan om dubbel te controleren wat u boekt, zodat u uzelf niet teleurstelt. Wij zijn een fantastisch hostel op een geweldige locatie in Amsterdam. Kamers kunnen aan de kleine kant zijn (vanwege de hoge en smalle gebouwen), maar het bed is uitgerust met een persoonlijk leeslampje, stopcontact en kist. We bieden een hangslot voor elk kist en we hebben ook een gratis kluis bij de receptie. Beveiliging is een topprioriteit van ons! We hebben een 24-uurs receptie en een geweldige Ierse bar waar onze gasten 20% korting krijgen op eten en drinken - een geweldige plek om andere reizigers te ontmoeten! De volgende keer dat je ergens boekt, raad ik je aan om je aan een hotel te houden.

Thanks for your review. We have a great central location - within walking distance to all the main attractions. As we have a popular location, there can be street noise - however we offer free ear plugs to all of our guests for their comfort.
