This place has no facilities - not even glasses to drink water. When requested - only paper cups were provided and that too rationed ! Getting an extra pillow was an adventure ! This is located on 3 floors of a regular condo building and it seems treats the customers like they are tenants from the building.

Everything was okay/fine. A small, no frills place to stay in the center of Zaandam. Walls are a bit thin. I heard the person in the room next to me snoring. ;-)

This was one of the smallest hotel rooms I have stayed in! Also not a lot of amenities in the room - though I was able to get a hair dryer and iron at the front desk.

Highly recommended. Front desk 24 hours with cordial and friendly attention. Excellent room, good cleaning, quiet, excellent views, 1 minute walking to the Zaadam station where you can take train that in 15 minutes leaves it in the center of the city of Amsterdam. Surrounded by stores and excellent restaurants.

Would stay again.
Definitely a no frills hotel, but location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. A few minutes walk to Zaandam station, clean room, comfy bed, good shower. Basic needs, looks just like the photos. If you need a hair-dryer or iron just ask the front desk. Coffee machine in reception, but you have to pay (1.50Euro). However you are so close to the Zaandam high street, everything you need is there. Was a good budget hotel for my visit to Rotterdam and Amsterdam.

Great stay!
Only criticism I have is there wasn’t any tea or coffee facilities in the room but overall it was a lovely room a view second to none of zanndam and really easy access. Love the proximity to the station and how easy check in was. Very satisfying stay. Clean and comfortable bed

Great stay at easyHotel!
This hotel was in the perfect location for my trip to Amsterdam. Just one train stop from the bus station and two stops from central station in Amsterdam and two stops from the windmills! I loved the area, full of shops, restaurants, and things to do. It was very pretty and I enjoyed exploring the area. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting again and staying there!

Didn't enjoy having our luggage to be put in paid storage, especially if you are travelling from a long distance like Australia. Ridiculous early check out 10am with such a late check in being 3pm.

It is a good hotel. The location is great and the train abd bus station are really close. I love the night receptionist, a young man who helped us. The morning receptionist wasn't good as the night one. I felt and reported to them during the morning and they didn't provide any help. They just said "sorry to hear that ". I wasn't in my country and i didn't know how to handle the situation. Thanks God I found and store that sells Ibuprofen and it helped

Overall Hotel bed and bathroom facilities were fine however this is the first hotel I've come across where there was no water kettle in the room and neither Tea bags and creamers. Not even a Tea or Coffee machine placed on the floors or the ground floor Lobby. At minimum this is expected in any hotel you would stay. I think Easy hotels based on their room night charges, should've provided a Water Kettle and Tea bags at minimum. Do they expect guests to wait for the shops to open to drink Tea/Coffee?
