The hotel interior and room were very nice and was a nice surprise as the exterior is a bit basic. Staff were helpful and had a good quiet night’s sleep. Bed comfortable and room well appointed.

I am willing to rate this hotel very highly because of how much I enjoyed my stay. My family and I have nothing to complain about. The breakfast was truly awesome. The manager and staff were amazing team. I could go on and on. If you’re in Amsterdam check them out!

Great Stay for Families
Great stay for our overnight in Amsterdam. Although very expensive for a family of 4 to get from Hoofddorp into Amsterdam on public transport. We loved our suite - were able to have breakfast in our room.

Not really Convenient for Airport Travelers
The hotel isn't really close to the airport, it isn't terribly easy to get to or from the airport from there. Additionally, if you want to rely on public transport, you're going to be using the bus from here, not the train. It's a serviceable hotel, but given these limitations, you can probably do better if you want to be close to the airport.

I can highly recommend ER Hoofddorp. All the staff are excellent, the hotel is very clean and the room are modern and well-equipped. Also, there is free parking and good public transport. Finally, the price is always reasonable for what you get

New immaculate hotel with lovely staff.
We had an amazing stay! We were given free early check in, all staff we spoke to were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the room was immaculate. It had a mini fridge, microwave and hob top along with essential crockery. On the 1st floor there were laundry facilities and an iron. The hotel is less than a mile from the RER train station which is an easy walk or you pay €4.50 for the car park at the park and ride. You do need to buy a train/bus/tram ticket and scan in and out of the station within an hour of parking to receive the discount. Make sure you pay at the standalone machine and follow the instructions to scan your ticket to validate the reduced price. Train was €31 for two days and we could travel on any of the above plus the Metro. The journey into Amsterdam Central was 30 mins. There is also the bus397 which wasn't running properly when we stayed due to formula 1. And I believe this and the 300 stop outside the hotel and take around 40-45 mins.

We will stay here again when we revisit. The room was updated and clean and a great size for our family of 5. I like that they had a nice kitchenette with plates and utensils. Even though i had my travel adapter, the USB plugs there came in handy! We were able to wash and dry for free and they happened to have laundry pods (we forgot ours). The gym was small but perfect for our needs. The breakfast was perfect and convenient. There was pancakes, eggs, bacon, fruits, and granolas. They label allergens which I appreciated because I am vegan and have quite a few allergies. The staff made me a fresh caffe latte every morning and it was great! The staff was easy to approach and very kind and helpful. I’m glad I chose this location because of the transportation access even though we ended up taking a taxi/ uber every where. It was cheaper to travel that way as a family of 5

First Trip To Europe
The overall stay was good. The staff was very friendly, our room was clean, they made a great cappuccino, and it was convenient being a block from a bus stop. However, here are my two complaints. They did not have a restaurant. On hotels.com it said they do. We came straight from the airport expecting to be able to eat. Also, the bed we had to sleep on was very hard and uncomfortable. Still a good stay.

There are two Best Western properties near the airport in Amsterdam. At the courtesy van area, it was confusing to determine if the BW van was correct. The driver was in a hurry and we ended up going to the wrong hotel. It got only worse from there, in getting to the right hotel, which was out in the suburbs. These hotels need to ensure that the courtesy van drivers take the time to ensure that passengers get to the right location.

Comfortable room with useful kitchenette & parking
We stayed in a king bedroom on 3rd floor on a bank holiday weekend. Car park free and plenty of space. Room was clean. Staff helpful & friendly. Kitchenette had microwave/grill and double hob with plates and pans, etc. Breakfast was fine with a good range of choice.

Great place to stay
Booked the hotel for a 3 night stay for a sightseeing trip in Amsterdam. The quality of the room was great, kitchenette facilities were excellent and means you can have some breakfast in the room without having to spend a fortune. The room was well soundproofed so no problems with having an undisturbed and comfortable nights sleep. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any issues encountered - our room was made up more as a double than a twin when we arrived, but no issue at all. One thing to note is that is is quite expensive to get into the city from this location, not covered by IAmsterdam. The hotel doesn't offer a free airport shuttle service unfortunately. Also no bathrobes although stated in booking. However, great stay. It is a very comfortable hotel and the room is of a good quality, housekeeping are great, and I'd highly recomment as a low to mid budget place to stay when visiting, or transiting in Amsterdam.

The hotel is a bit away from the city area but the transportation is perfect to Airport and city area. Super convenient if you are traveling with kids. Lots of space in our room even with dining table in it. Staffs are super helpful and will definitely stay there again.
