We loved our stay here. It was such a great location. Our room was large, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. They provide coffee, tea, and filtered water for free in the lobby. If you stay, don’t miss Wolf Bakery only 1/2 a block away.

We had the room on the top floor — 54 steep steps. But the room faced the back, with a nice view, and was very quiet. Ceilings were high amd the bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel in a great location! Easy to walk to all the sites, shopping and restaurants. Room was nice size with comfortable bedding. Hotel is historical canal building so has very steep, narrow stairs and no elevator. Reception area has complimentary water, tea, coffee and snacks.

The Grand Canal Boutique Hotel was a lovely place to stay - very good location to the main areas of Amsterdam and far enough away to be free from noise and crowds - the room we had was good and was clean and well decorated- the free coffees and water was appreciated as well as drinks in our fridge!

We had a lovely room with patio in the heart of this beautiful heritage building, steps away from shops and restaurants. Very welcoming staff at the property and complimentary in-room plus daily lobby snacks available. I would certainly recommend this property for a restful stay in Amsterdam.
