Great hotel in itself. Close to town with parking available in front of the propertly. Clean and spacious room. But what was very unsatisfactory was the fact that we checked in at 6pm on a Sunday and the hotel entrance was locked with nobody on-site. There was a note taped to the door with a local number for us to call. As a foreign traveler, calling an international number is already inconvenient, but also no one picked up and we had to leave a message while waiting outside in the cold and rain! It took a while before they finally called back and gave us the instructions to check into our room. The stay itself after we got inside was fine. But it's also unsettling to know that if we needed assistance while at the hotel--there would be no one on-site to help. Would not stay here again.

Recommended for flight layovers and short stays
Compared to the usual airport hotels that tend to be in the middle of nowhere, this one is in a separate small town, but with easy access to and from the airport, at least during the day. The internet connection worked well (though it is an unsecured network) and there are several shops nearby that make the stay more convenient as well. The room was spacious, albeit a bit dated, but certainly proportionate to the price.

We are 3 friends travelling together and the room with 3 beds fits our needs. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Aalsmere is a charming neighborhood within easy transport to Schipol and Amsterdam Central. I will stay in this place again.

I received no notice that staff wouldn't be on-site during my stay, so I arrived without a working phone in the EU (travel pass not turned on yet) during reception hours, only to find a sign indicating to call a number to check-in. There was nothing open, no phones around and my taxi had already left I would have been completely screwed if someone hadn't come out to smoke and called them for me. If reception hours are going to change or there are none, people should be informed. I choose hotels with reception open when I plan to arrive because I don't want to deal with issues getting in. It was a VERY unpleasant surprise. On the other hand, once I was in, the bed was very comfortable. They obviously keep it clean, but that included getting woken up by vacuuming before 8 am

Fine place but no where to sit outside the room to just enjoy the day without having to pay bar prices. Room is fine. Bathroom was nice.

* There was no front desk stuff. I had to wait for the restaurant waiter to check me in that were serving tables * Thers s nobody around after 11PM. So if anything happens, you are in your own * The roon was the smallest room i ever stayed in. One pillow and one blanket. No more no less and of course i coudnt figure out the heat system. Just one big key stuck into the wall that i didnt want to mess with * Good luck getting any info from the restaurant servers. I asked the waitress early in the morning in how to get the bus to the airport and all she did was pointed me outside. Thank God for google maps. I was able to figure out the stop myself ** The room was very clean i have to say

Loved it !
The service was very friendly and welcoming. The room was really clean and comfortable. The town and it's people were just as friendly. The food was delicious too.

Nice hotel in Beautiful Aalsmeer. Close to Keukenhof. Parking was a little confusing because we were supposed to have a blue card from the car rental company to put in our front window. They hadn't given us one, so we had to move our car early in the morning.

Hotellet var helt fint, tror dog vi så en mus i resturanten klokken 5 om morgenen (før de åbner). Vi prøvede ikke resturanten så vi kan ikke sige så meget om den, men den så hyghelig ud. Byen er hyggelig, vi var på en italiensk nede i byen som laver fin pasta og så får man nok for pengene.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Parkplätze sind kostenlos vor dem Hotel verfügbar. Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Allerdings gute Betten und ein nettes Restaurant.
