I'm writing this review because after talking to an escalated agent we could both not find an email for complaints through Expedia. This has been the worst transaction and communication of a hotel and Expedia I have experienced. This is a complaint on both Expedia and the hotel and I am asking for Expedia to provide me with an e-mail for complaints. After this point the legal team? I will not book with Expedia again should this not be resolved. - Expedia had sent me emails asking if I could like to cancel or keep my booking for beginning of May back in April in which I responded cancel, knowing I would receive a voucher for one year. While a voucher is not a preferred refund of money and knowing it would be difficult to travel again within the year I still accepted - Expedia continued to send emails asking if I would like to book and when I responded again cancel the message that appeared was that I had already chosen this action and no further action would be required on my part - I also tried to contact the hotel when my travel date had come and they were messaging through Expedia about my upcoming stay. No response. - After more than 2 months of waiting for the voucher confirmation I reached out to Expedia and they had said that it looked like I did continue with my booking and stayed at the hotel - Expedia needed to confirm that I never stayed and took WEEKS to get into contact with the hotel and manager. I have spent 3 hours talking to different agents.
