The property was very nice, it was clean, it was friendly, although there were some issues with our bed and bathroom, the bed had a stain on it by the heads, and the toilet had an unpleasant odor in it. The staff were accommodating and pleasant to work with, and also there is a Burger King right beside the hotel.

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but it is conveniently located close to a metro station, across from a bus stop and a fifteen-minute walk to the Sloterdijk train station with trains to the airport, central station and cities nearby. The hotel is clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located in a quiet and safe area.

It was efficient.

Rather than staying in Amsterdam city centre this trip I tried the Ibis, about five kilometres out. The room was very clean, comfortable and functional. The staff are amazing looking after all my requests. The bus transportation is excellent leaving from across the street every fifteen minutes ( a little longer at times in the weekend) then only a fifteen minute ride to Amsterdam Centraal.
