This is definitely an economic choice close to transport for travelers. The rooms do not come with any bells or whistles and are quite bare. Not even a bottle of water. Staff seemed pretty apathetic. Got good sleep - comfy bed. The lobby lounge looked cozy and had many guests but I did not interact with the lounge. Not much around the area other than the convention center.

I had stayed in their hotel in Vienna before and was very satisfied, so I chose to stay in Amsterdam as well, but I regretted it very much. The receptionist gave me my room card, but when I left, the door wouldn't open. I went to explain the situation, and he came over and opened the door. When I got in, the room was full, filled with other people's belongings.Then I went back to reception and they gave me another room. The room was nice and clean, but the air conditioning wasn't working. It was very cold, and I was freezing. They said they couldn't do anything because there was central heating. I wore a cardigan over my pajamas and slept with two duvets.Unfortunately, I was not satisfied at all.
