Good stay in Amsterdam

Good hotel for a couple of days. Location is great, walking distance to most attractions. Rossini the front desk attendant at our check in was extremely nice and very helpful. He made us feel very welcome.

Disappointed!

Good location, and one reception lady was particularly friendly and helpful. Cleanliness, on the other hand, was very poor - stains on mattress, bedbugs (which reception lady responded to immediately) ripped and threadbare towels, and floor rarely hoovered. For a twin room costing over £200/night this was very poor value for money.

The hotel room was spacious enough for two. We would have preferred more towels and pillows but aside from that it was very nice. It’s pretty central so close to a lot of things we wanted to do/see. The only negative would be when I asked someone at the front desk for help booking Van Gogh tickets he was very dismissive, saying that despite time-slots being available online there would be none at such short notice, he even said he checked and that he was correct. Luckily I sought advice from people online and we did manage to book same day tickets without his help.

Great location with so much to walk to nearby. No AC in the room and it is in a busy area so it was loud on the weekend. Room was small and very expensive but I was told it was because there was a big event at the expo center nearby. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Looking out the window unfortunately other guests had thrown a bunch of trash on the ledge below the window which would be nice if it could be cleaned up but it looks like it would ve hard to get to. Overall I'd recommend it.

Brought a stay here for my son and his girlfriend. They said the hotel was great. Brilliant location, 19 mins to everything and 15 to the to the airport from the station. Air con was brilliant. Window faced another building but the price reflected that and they were out and about all day. Not over noisey really great value for money

Amazing Stay!

Amazing spot, location was great for all spots! Service was lovely, everyone was so friendly. The bed was super comfortable, room was clean and also had central heating. Overall, very happy with the stay, would stay again!
