It was very close to the Toy Story lot to get the shuttle.

Great staff, close to the Disney shuttles and other activities around the area. For sure needs more attention on cleanliness at the property inside the rooms and hallways but other then that would recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable bonus for having fridge and microwave. Pool was perfect temp but lack of towels and surrounding area not very clean. Location was across Toy Story Prking lot very convenient if you do not want to pay parking or wait in long entry line. Breakfast was okay nothing special. I would stay here again for the location and price.

Overall property was pretty good. Very hot and humid in the hallways. Breakfast wasn’t that great but I guess I can’t expect much from a free breakfast. Lights in the bathroom are SO dim you can’t see anything. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would stay again though mostly due to how close it was to Disneyland.
Everything was very nice and clean. The room service was excellent. Only thing is I was there was a little more for breakfast. Other than waffles, bread, bagels and cereal. Don’t get me wrong it was all good but wish there was at least some potatoes or something. Not just bread type of breakfast
Our stay at La Quinta was a great experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick and easy, and parking was convenient with no issues at all.
Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, mini fridge, two TVs, a desk, an office chair, and a nice view from the window.
The complimentary breakfast offered both hot and cold options, making it a great way to start the day. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
This location was perfect. It was near Toy Story parking lot to walk and take a shuttle, or you can walk to the parks.
Breakfast was basic but well stocked and great for what we needed.
We had a family suite which had diving wall with a double bed and a trundle. This was the best part so the kids had space and we could close the door when they went to bed.
Pillows and mattresses were fine- could be worse but could be better.
The biggest downfall was the bathroom. This definitely could have used an update. They are dark, not well ventilated.
There was laundry right outside of our room on the second floor which was helpful in our stay.
Kids loved the pool. The main pool was not too cold. We stayed in September so it was never busy and usually just us. We would come back for a mid day feet break and would sit in the pool for a bit. We parked so paid the extra $20usd a day. Parking was convenient and never an issue for a spot.
I would stay here again for the price- about $1400CND with parking for 6 nights.
Staff were friendly especially house keeping. It was a bit of a walk to Disneyland with our baby. Continental breakfast but the selection was limited and I was unable to feed my baby from the items there as there were limited healthy options he could eat aside from the hard boiled eggs and bananas. There were waffles, bagels, donuts, toast, coffee, yogurt, bananas, apples, and juice great options just not for our needs. Parking was good, easy in and out of the parking structure.

It was conveniently located. They offer free breakfast which is nice but the shower in our room wouldn't stop dripping and the water would not get hot. There was also a dog a couple rooms down that would not stop barking making it hard to sleep.

It’s in a great location, but rooms need to be updated. There is a musky old smell through hallways and in the room. Air vent was dirty.
This hotel is currently transitioning to a Holiday Inn, or it may have already officially become one. It was pretty difficult to find at night because there were no visible hotel signs outside.
We also had a small issue during check-in. I had a confirmation for two rooms, but the receptionist could only find one reservation in the system. Thankfully, they still had rooms available, and he honored the price shown on my original confirmation, which I really appreciated.
Overall, we had a great stay. There were only a couple of issues with the room. When we arrived, the AC was completely off, so the room was pretty warm and took almost the entire night to cool down. The shower water also kept going back and forth between hot and cold.
On the positive side, breakfast was actually really good, and the location was very convenient. The hotel is only about a block away from the Toy Story Disney parking lot, so we were able to walk over and didn’t have to drive.
Despite the few issues, I would still recommend this hotel and would stay here again, especially because of the convenient location and overall value.
We got bed bugs from our 2 night stay. The beds were super wobbly. The hot tub was dirty. Breakfast was a normal continental. We were all able to eat enough to start our day and hold us over until lunch. Not a big selection, but enough to make it work. Very limited parking. They double charged us for our room and added an extra charge we weren't aware of. Will not stay here again.
Hotel is in a good area, rooms are nice and spacious. Only bad things is, you have to pay for parking each night. Don’t trust the locks on the doors. Ours locked by itself, and the front lady blamed it on us(supposedly we close the door too hard). They won’t help you open it if nobody is there ….
Would never stay here again. We gave this location a 2nd chance and wish we hadn't, rooms were dirty in bathroom, not well maintained, no towels every morning or night, staff wasnt friendly and at night were no where to be found to pay for items, guy at front desk was told by another guest he smelled like he eas drunk.
Best hotel stay we've ever experienced. We did have a bathroom with a ceiling that was collapsing but the moment we acknowledged it with staff we were offered another room, which we would have taken if it wasn't so late but the babies were already asleep when we noticed. The morning shift gave us an email to reach out to when we checked out apologizing, being very caring and kind while also allowing us to keep our stuff behind the desk while we were at Disneyland. The managers didn't reach out immediately but they did end up reaching out and giving us a full refund on the stay we had. Overall there's nothing I can complain about at all. Even with a bad bathroom we'd take that anyday here at this hotel compared to going to any others that don't care about their customers or experiences. We've made this our go to hotel for Disneyland and it's also very affordable with breakfast and a nice lounge pool area.

My husband and I were heading to Disney with our son so we got a family suite and the layout was GREAT. Two doubles a king and two bathrooms. It also had a sofa and a chair, a mini fridge and a microwave.
PROS: Size of the room, proximity to the park (just walk down the street to the Toy Story Parking lot and grab a shuttle to Disney), close to restaurants, great staff.
CONS: Housekeeping never once gave us more coffee cups. We had to ask every morning. The beds are really uncomfortable. I broke out in hives and red bumps all over my face arms and legs because of the detergent they use on their bedding, so if you have sensitive skin, you may want to bring your own bedding. You can't check in until 3 and check out is an early 11am (remember the days when check out was noon? I do!)
Overall, I liked the property but I didn't love it. I mean... hives. I've never reacted to a hotel's detergent this badly before and when I asked for the name of what they used at the front desk, she did not know and didn't seem interested in finding out for me.
