This is a great place to stay when taking a cruise out of the Los Angeles Port. Very easy access to the cruise terminal. There are many restaurant choices within walking distance and a pharmacy for last minute items. It felt safe to walk around the area. The property is older but has been well maintained. There is a restaurant on the property with music in the evening. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Staff were very helpful, rooms were clean. Carpet is showing its age and is quite dirty in some areas. Mini market is overpriced but it is what it is. Stayed 1 night only between cruises. Convent location to the cruise port and they have a shuttle.

We were disappointed in the condition of hotel. Needed updates for sure and needed a very good clean. When we walked into lobby we thought wow very nice then we stepped into elevator and from there on no so nice. Breakfast was good. Shuttle to cruise was good. Staff were pleasant. But hotel not clean!!

Very convenient hotel, especially if you’re leaving on a cruise! The location is great and very close to the port. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only thing we weren’t too crazy about was the restaurant, but overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Our room was huge and the location near the port was excellent. They overbooked the shuttle to the cruise ship and we were left behind to wait for it to come back. Fortunately an Uber pulled up to drop people off and we were able to get it to take us. They have no room service, a liter of water at the hotel shop was $25 and the front desk staff was brusque. They clearly rely on a captive cruise clientele and don't feel the need to try.

The restaurant staff is excellent and the food was delicious. The staff who served our table was gracious and accommodating. 10 out of 10. However, when I asked for an extra blanket and towels for our rooms, I was told that the hospitality staff would be bringing the items. After waiting for 2 hours, my son called the front desk and ask if the items were going to be delivered. The attendant told him that he would remind the hospitality staff to bring the items. Unfortunately, there were never brought to our rooms. I would only come back to eat at the restaurant, but I would not stay at the hotel.
