The lobby was peaceful, and the food selection was excellent, with great views of the cathedral outside. The location was ideal - away from the business of the Old Town, yet still close to bus connections to the city centre, making it both safe and convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay."

"The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange excursions, even advising us on getting a local train up to the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, especially having a chef cooking eggs fresh in front of us — it was great knowing everything was freshly prepared. There were initially some missing towels and dressing gowns, but once we mentioned it, they were provided straight away without hesitation. The only downside was that the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner seemed watered down or of lower quality. Overall, everything else was amazing and we had a wonderful stay."
