"My daughter and I stayed here from 23/3 to 30/3 in a beautiful Seaview room. I can't give enough praise to the all of the Staff who made our holiday a brilliant experience. The front of house staff were so helpful and went out of their way to book taxis and suggest nice places to visit. The restaurant staff worked incredibly hard and the variety of food every day was spectacular. Cellists and violinists played guests into the restaurant and the Waiting Staff were super efficient. Our room was spotless and remained so throughout our stay. We can recommend the treatments at the Hotel Spa. The Staff there were welcoming and made us feel welcome and relaxed. The Hamam experience was fantastic. We loved the range of languages spoken by the hotel staff and also the kindness from local people that we spoke to. We had never been to Turkey before but this experience is definitely one that we would love to repeat. "

"The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The management informed us the air conditioning system was working from 12pm to 2am only during the night shift. This was surely a bad experience. I have paid for a facility with air conditioning and that condition was not full filled. The gym needs full renovation - it's a messy place and kids under 16yo coming into the premisses despite announcement at the main entrance. Old and dirty equipment. Various lounge chairs are broken and need to be replaced. Food variety was good."
