A special mention goes to our fabulous room attendant, who kept our room spotless, neat, and beautifully tidy every single day. "We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly enjoyed every moment. A special thank you to Cennet for arranging a room upgrade for us from the very first day. We really appreciated it and it was such a lovely start to our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was always clean and well maintained. Overall, the service was great and everything was even better than we expected. If there is one thing that could be improved, it would be the food. The choices were a little limited, and the buffet was more or less the same every day. It would be nice to have a bit more variety and some changes from day to day. The children’s play area is also very nice and well designed. Most of the staff were lovely, although a few of them seemed a little tired or not very enthusiastic about their work. Apart from these small points, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the hotel. Overall, everything was excellent, and we would be happy to come back again. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"A Wonderful Birthday Week and Amazing Vegan Experience – 10/10 I surprised my wife with a week at Selectum Noa Belek for her birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience. What really made our stay stand out was how much the staff went out of their way to make her birthday feel special. As vegans, we were really impressed with the food options throughout the resort. The main restaurant already has a great selection of vegan options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks throughout the day. But the team took it even further for my wife's birthday. Yusuf at Guest Relations worked with the chef at the Italian restaurant to create a special seven-course vegan dinner just for us. It was incredible! Each course was thoughtfully prepared, and the staff made the entire evening feel like a real celebration. They even arranged another special vegan dinner for us at the main restaurant during our stay. We also treated ourselves to a spa day and really enjoyed both the services and the relaxing atmosphere. More than anything, it was the kindness and care of the staff that we'll remember. They genuinely wanted us to have a great experience and made my wife's birthday something we'll both remember for a long time. If you're vegan and considering staying here, you can feel confident that you'll have plenty to eat and that the staff will take great care of you. We had a fantastic week. 10/10 for the food, service and wonderful staff!"
