They were absolutely fantastic, always ready to help and resolving any questions or requests quickly, efficiently, and with genuine care. "We had an incredible stay at Rixos Premium Belek! From start to finish, the staff were remarkably friendly and attentive, with our dedicated WhatsApp assistance group making everything seamless and effortless. Traveling with our 9-month-old boy could have been challenging, but the team went above and beyond to make it stress-free. We were kindly given a free room upgrade to give us extra space for him, which made a huge difference. They provided amazing baby facilities and in-room essentials like a bottle warmer and sterilizer, as well as plenty of fresh baby food options. Everyone paid such special, heartwarming attention to our little boy throughout our stay. The resort facilities are fantastic—the heated pool was lovely, and we never had any trouble finding a sunbed. As for the dining, the food was outstanding! The à la carte restaurants were top quality, and the main buffet offered incredible variety and range. The restaurant and buffet staff deserve a special mention for being so super friendly and attentive every single day. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and will definitely be returning!"

Everything was wonderful, from the accommodation to the overall resort experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and made some unforgettable memories together. The resort offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and entertainment. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic luxury holiday. We would absolutely love to come back again!"

"Located close to the NEST conference center and within 25 min walking distance. The hotel was big and impressive. Very clean with helpful staff. All inclusive food and drink in the general areas. Very varied selection of food and long hours of service. Lovely swimming pools and the beach too."

"Clean rooms, friendly staff always smiling, very enjoyable activities especially in the swimming pool (the water polo and competitions and the water slide), good and reasonable price for an ultra-inclusive resort especially being a family concept, my 4 year old son and 1 year old daughter enjoyed every moment which by itself filled us with joy and happiness, this is the third time for me at this resort and I am extremely willing to revisit it in the future"
