The floor is not even and solid - it's slanted. The water pressure in the shower was so low there was barely any water coming out of the showerhead. Same goes for the toilet - the water pressure was so very low and takes forever to refill. The least one would expect in a hotel is - cleanliness, shower and toilet facilities in the room and it was a huge letdown for us. The bar toilet is very smelly Avoid this at all costs - I don't recommend this for families.

Clean and quiet in a central location with a decent breakfast. Nice staff. Our twin room had a very loose wc seat and the room was not serviced during our 3 night stay. I would stay here again.

We stayed for an overnight visiting family in Andover. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff very helpful. It was a warm and stuffy night so the bedrooms were extremely warm.
