Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
Soon after booking we received a helpful communication pack with offers of trips from the hotel. These were fairly priced so we booked a HaLong bay trip in advance of arrival which included a complimentary airport pickup. This was most welcome after a long journey from Manchester.

The property is in a perfect location , a short walk to many main attractions of Hanoi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me find my way and arrange taxis etc during my stay . Would highly recommend the Royal Palace Hotel to anyone . I felt safe and comfortable

Location ! Hanoi is a big city but this place is located In an oasis. Everyone was so nice and helpful at the hotel, the bed was super comfy and breakfast was very good. We loved our stay and we will definitely come back and recommend it. Well located and comfortable! everything was great
