Very tired rooms but very clean. Staff were prompt and friendly. Didn't use the pool. Close to arena and stadiums. Very walkable area in downtown Buffalo.

Breakfast was great. The shuttle service from hotel to arena downtown was amazing! They brought us to March madness games and picked us up when we called them. Such a wonderful perk! Drivers were so friendly
