bon séjour pour un court séjour

bon accueil, salle de bains et wc un peu étroits (difficile pour une personne ronde de s'y mouvoir) niveaux serviettes : une grande et une petite pour deux .... moyen. Encore heureux que j'avais mes propres serviettes. il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. mais c'est bien pour une nuit. personnel sympa et serviable très bon petit déjeuner

Bon séjour nous étions déjà venu dans cette établissement personnel toujours très gentil et compréhensif . Seul point négatif Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs tôt le matin manque d'isolement celon nous et d'éducation pour certaines personnes ..

Bon hôtel d’appoint. Il n’y a pas de salle de bains dans les chambres, chose inconnue lors de la réservation. Niveau propreté, on a vu mieux. Matelas soit daté soit composé de béton. Passable.

Endroit degoutant

Dégoûté car impossible d'avoir une chambre qui avait été réservée, personne ne répond à l'appel quand vous sonnez la nuit, d'autres personnes ont eu la même nuit la même expérience, et quand vous vous plaignez d'avoir du attendre 1h minimum pour avoir enfin la personne d'astreinte qui arrive , elle fait comme si elle avait rien entendu et pas reçu sur son téléphone l'appel pour donner la chambre! En fait cette personne dormait sûrement car la sonnette a réveillé des personnes la nuit sauf celle qui devait se lever!! Très bizarre. Donc accueil zéro ! Porte d'entrée cassée qui ne se fermait pas donc on rentre comme dans un moulin la nuit , et j'ai failli dormir sur la banquette toute la nuit , puisque la dame qui fait le ménage me l'a dit le lendemain que c'est déjà arrivé ! Et pour finir le directeur devait m'appeler pour voir ensemble un geste commercial, car endormi a 3h du mat avec tout ce désordre, et bien ce monsieur n'a même pas daigné répondre à tous les mails et SMS que je lui ai envoyé ! Ce Mr fait la sourde oreille alors que son assistant m'a dit de ne pas m'inquiéter, qu'il fera un geste car c'est normal vu les problèmes rencontrés !! Jusqu'à ce jour silence radio! Je suis écoeuré de ce procédé et la pub que je ferai pour ce F1 de Angoulins c'est surtout de passer votre chemin et d'aller là où l'accueil et le respect du client est parfait !! Il y a d'autres hôtels dans le coin pour pas beaucoup plus cher et ça vaut le détour! PLUS JAMAIS que j'y mettrai les pieds!

Chambre au rdc, froide sans isolation. Un vieu radiateur qu'on appelle grille pain faisait office de chauffage tant bien que mal. Expérience à ne pas renouveler l'hiver.

Bon rapport qualite prix autant pour la chambre que pour les petits dejeuners. Personnel bienveillants malgré les soucis informatiques qu ils subissent. Petit bémol : le manque d isolation entre les chambre. Cela nous a peu impacté car peu de monde dans l hotel lors de notre visite.
