I booked this hotel due to its proximity to our office location and overall it was a reasonable stay. Let's focus on the good: Location - close to where I wanted to be, not too far from the center of Cankaya. Staff - fabulous, spoke very good English, which is a big plus. Breakfast - I am not a big breakfast person, but this hotel offered a good buffet in the morning Room - I was "upgraded" and the room was big, massive bathroom. Now on to the not so great aspects_ Room Maintenance - the windows in the room need a good adjustment, because closing them made you feel like you were about to break them. One night wind pushed one open. Room Maintenance - Outlets / Switches - there were a ton of outlets and light switches, yet when it came to the light switches I am not sure I understood which does what (many seemed to have no purpose). They also could use a good wipe down. Room Cleanliness - I think the room was mostly fine, but the towels left a lot to be desired. One day I had one that looked like someone polished their shoes with them, and on every day there were long black hairs on the towels.

Kahvaltı açık büfe ve fazlasıyla her beslenme şekline hitap ediyordu. 24 saat oda hizmeti. Odalar temiz çarşaf kokuyordu. Konum bizim için mükemmeldi. Sakin huzurlu ve konforlu bir konaklama sundular.

Otelde ikinci konaklamamdı, ilkinde otelin konumu ve hizmet kalitesini oldukça beğenmiştim. Bu konaklamamda da yine personelin güler yüzü ve kahvaltısının zenginliğinden memnun kaldım. Ayrıca otelin girişinde bir kafe olması ve karşısında da bir Japon restoranı bulunması bir artı. Bundan sonraki Ankara seyahatlerimde alternatif otellere bakmadan ilk tercih edeceğim oteldir.
