"Great place to stay "

"I’d like to share feedback regarding my recent experience, as I believe it reflects serious opportunities for improvement in cleanliness, responsiveness, and overall guest care. I have long respected the Hyatt brand, which is why this experience has been especially disappointing. Earlier today, when I opened the blinds/shades in my room, I found a smashed roach left on the window area. As I began packing my belongings to request another room, I also noticed small ants in the room. I brought these concerns to staff and was told twice that someone would be sent to address the issue. I then left the room for approximately six hours, believing that would provide ample time for the matter to be fully resolved. However, upon returning, there was still a smashed roach on the window, and I also found dead ants, including some on my skincare products. I was later told the room had been sprayed, but the visible cleanliness and sanitation concerns had not been properly handled. I requested to be moved to another room, but that request was initially dismissed and I was told someone would come in the morning to clean it. I then stated that I would prefer to have the remainder of my stay refunded so I could leave. At that point, I was offered another room, although I was informed it would be a smaller room. "A great and affordable place to stay that is a short drive to town. Our room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and parking is easy. We chose a ground floor room so it was easy to take our little dog out (yes, pet friendly) and being a motel, you can park your car right outside the door. Easy, peasy. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but we were able to grab coffee. The place is a little dated but it appears that they've refreshed the decor. We would definitely stay here again! "

Perfect location for getting around Lambertville & New Hope. Coffee & juice delivered to your room is included as is, the parking! "I’ve stayed many times in past years and you can see the decline from when it first opened. I was in a two bedroom suite. Holes in the wall, fridge was dented, no real amenities to speak of. Waited 30 mins to check in because there was nobody at the front desk. When they did show up no apology and barely acknowledged me."

"The room was huge and well decorated with a fresh vibe. The staff were all personable and well trained. When we had a strange problem with hot water in our shower, the staff were attentive to our inconvenience and generous in making it easy to overlook. "

"We chose this hotel for the location which is surrounded by trees and very quiet. It was a weeknight, so not sure how a weekend would be. But we had a quiet night. I’d say the walls are thin, like most hotels but our neighbor was quiet. The hotel restaurant and bar were charming, they even had live music, which we didn’t hear in our room at all. Breakfast was à la carte and made to order, they had lots of choices which looked very good. I also like the back yard deck area where you can sit for drinks or breakfast."
