"Friendly and helpful check in staff. Nice ground floor room which was good as we have a dog Nice looking building with a car park. Grass area around the hotel car park needs tidying up. Did not use the bar or restaurant, but looked very nice"

"Lovely location, near a lake with restaurants, kayaking. Property was lovely, nice pool and amenities. Staff were really friendly, they gave us free ice cream, milk when the shop was closed and extra water. They also let us have a late checkout which helped us out and found me a place to work whilst I was there. Great language skills and a very enjoyable stay."

They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and give us the best stay and are genuinely two of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet (together with their lovely dog Pepsi) Their home is beautiful and spotless with a lovely garden. "Notre sejour etait fantastic.... its etaient tres acceuillant et ouvert d'offre ses avis p.e. meilleurs restaurants. Les chambres ont beaucoup de caractere et tres confortable. On etait vraiment dans la nature..tres calme, beaucoup des oiseaux... Fantastic stay and owners very welcoming and happy to offer advice on the area. Place full of character, rooms large and very comfortable. Very calm place ...feeling of very much being in the country with a natural garden full of birds."

"It's a little bit tired to be honest. The room was spacious and reasonably well equipped. But, the towel rail did not work and the heating system was a bit iffy, so getting the right temperature was a bit of a trial; and the first day was pretty chilly. The bathroom was odd as it was designed like a wet room, but the water did not like to drain into the shower area, so feet got wet every time I went into the bathroom - the water just laying there.
