I had a great stay at O:LV! The Panorama Suite Beyond Balcony room was beautiful, and I especially loved the large balcony, it was the perfect place to relax. The pool and Jacuzzi were also amazing and made the stay even better. I also want to thank the staff for their excellent service. I accidentally left an item in my room after checking out, and they responded to my text right away, kept it safe, and held it for me until I picked it up the next day. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend O:LV!

Amazing

super slow front desk, with huge lines all the time. No recognition of fairmont platinum status or any other entitled perks. Resort charges a daily resort fee of $111 (100 plus tax) which is ridiculous based on the amenities it offers. (aluminum bottle to refill filtered water that does not taste good), super slow to non existent beach service. Pools were ok, but you can easily see the accumulated scum all around the water line of the pools which indicates they have not been properly scrubbed/cleaned in a while. rooms upon check in lacked either bathrobes, sleepers, safety flashlight, soap refill, pens/paper pads. Granted they brought them once we asked but these are basic items that should be there upon check in. Valet also was super SLOWWW. Valet staff was sitting around on their phones and not until a manager was around they would got get cars. Rooms had extremely poor noise insulation and can easily hear all conversations from next door room.

Nice Pools , Water park, and Palomino Island was great.
