"The front desk clerk Tiffini was unprofessional and rude upon arrival. Didn't welcome us in, verly uttered a word when we asked something. She didn't provide any info about breakfast time or if the pool was opened. Her handwriting was unintelligible and when we asked what number she had written down she replied in a very rude manner. Every other employee we encountered was awesome. Very polite and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. "

Particularly, many thanks to Steve, a reception administrator, who accommodated us after the long travel, without being able to check and respond to his messages on the road that were related to a computer problem with our reservation (which had to be cancelled in the meantime)! While I am happy to praise the Holiday Inn hotel, let me point out that HOTELS.COM FAILED to do their job in a reliable and professional way! Shame on you! Specifically, I mean up to the last moment, according to my Hotels.com account information, all appeared to be fine with my reservation. But it wasn't in real. And if I am to use your platform, I expect to have all correct and timely information from this platform only. In other words, HOTELS.COM, if you are unable to maintain and update real time information from your partners and communicate it fast to us, maybe you should consider doing another business, right?"

"Our check-in experience was very disappointing. The woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful from the start. When she asked if we had ever stayed at the hotel before and we said no, she offered very little information. We weren’t even told where the elevators were and ended up walking the wrong way. When we asked where the gym was located, she said it was on the lower level. When we asked where the lower level was, she simply repeated “the lower level,” without any explanation or direction. It felt like we were a bother and interrupting her day rather than being welcomed as guests. The interaction was very off‑putting and made the rest of the experience at the hotel feel uncomfortable. I would probably never stay here again."

"This hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The staff provided a wheelchair for my brother (Disabled Vet) because he fell in the lobby. The area had a lot of homeless people but I felt safe. The homeless didn't bother anyone or try to panhandle. I would stay there again."
