Dear Guest, It was 22:00 in the evening when you checked in to the hotel. Although we did not provide service at that hour, we had personnel brought in for a special service for you. We charged you for entering 1 missing child in the reservation you made from Expedia because 3 years old and above are charged at our hotel. You requested an extra bed in your rooms, but you did not inform us about this before. If you had let us know, we could have pre-arranged your rooms the way you want them. When you arrived at the hotel, you said that you wanted an extra bed in your room. Even though you didn't make any requests about your room in advance, we had staff brought in for you at a late hour and arranged your room the way you wanted. Although you did not inform us in advance and did not enter the information of 1 of the children, we helped you as much as possible. We are very sorry that you ignored our help and blamed it on us. In addition, room sizes, how many square meters the rooms are written on Expedia. With a taxi or a personal vehicle, our hotel is both near to the city centre and airport, but incase of walking, our location can be a bit further away from most of the restaurants and that's way we have an A La Carte Restaurant in our hotel. If we have to talk about the tramway, most of the time, people find it very scrumptious to have another means of transportation around them.
