Don't expect to be like on photos
+ Very handy and extra helpful young lad who gives this hotel extra points. +Quite various breakfast. +Free valet parking. +Good location. - Housekeeping service is terrible. They didn't clean or change towels although it's written that fhey will do it daily. When I told that at the reception they replied I have to put green sign to do it - everywhere else they do it anyway. When they finally cleaned the room, they left the door open for the whole day!!! Luckily nobody had stolen anything. The next day they didn't come to clean the room although I put the green sign. I had to call twice to get the toilet paper, towels, shower gel. - It stank terribly at the toilet. They couldn't do anything at the reception. - Don't expect that it would be like it's on photos.

The room was not clean enough and diffrent than in pictures, smaller There was no kettle in the room There was a power outage for about two hours and was no generator in the hotel Area not that much good

Friendly owner and staff. Great location close to the sea and city centre. I highly recommend this hotel. You will feel that you are with your family very friendly beautiful👍👍👍 I stayed in resorts and large hotels but I felt more happy in this one

Stayed one week with my family. Excellent location, within walking distance to clock tower, shopping, restaurants.... nice relaxing dining area on the back overlooking a park. Excellent breakfast in the morning with a good selection, meat, cheese, fruits, veg... coffee tea juice available during the day. Hammam and sauna with massage services available but I didn't try it. Overall I would stay again anytime I am in town.

Very Good Hotel
Great location. It was nice you could serve yourself at breakfast. Stock std turkish breakfast. Theres a great little simit shop as you walk left from the hotel. Rooms were clean, we had a little balcony which was a nice change from air conditioning. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet. Very comfortable and great sleeps.

Great location
Hotel was nice and clean. Very good location. Service is excellent, staff were very helpful. MarkAntalya shopping centre and beech nearby only 15 mins walk. Breakfast could be better but overall we were satisfied.

A rare find in the heart of Downtown Antalya
The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is super central. It's 10 minutes walk from the old city Kaleiçi, where all the activities are going. At the same time, it's close to the local areas where you can buy and won't be over charged. The people at the reception, are super friendly and helpful. The room is airy, bright, modern and clean. The breakfast is nice. I highly recommend. Stayed 5 days and extended another 5 days.It's a new hotel.

This hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....hotel smelled really bad and was not at all like the photos. hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.

Gebuchtes Zimmer war ein anderes
Ich habe eine Viererzimmer gebucht und habe ein dreibettzimmer erhalten. Auf Nachfrage habe ich eine Matestze ohne Bett erhalten. Die Matratze war fürchterlich und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Würde nie wieder hin.

Bra og sentralt hotell i nærheten av bus stop, men sliten tepe i koridor som trenger shifting. Riklig forkost med mange utvalg. Gratis kaffe hele dagen i loby. good service av personalet.

Séjour passable dans l’ensemble. Les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées quotidiennement si on ne le précise pas avec la pancarte. Nous avons eu un soucis de porte qui ne se fermait pas mais aucune disposition n’a été mise en place afin de régler le problème malgré l’urgence. Nous avons de nous même pris l’initiative d’exiger une autre chambre lorsque nous avons constaté la passivité des employés de l’hôtel face à la situation.Très déçue à ce niveau. Ce n’est pas forcément un hôtel où je reviendrai séjourner. Employés polis tout de même.

Yasakların sonuna doğru gitmiş bulunduk ve otelde hizmet ve yemek orta durumdaydı.Sürekli bir tadilat halinde olması rahatsız ediciydi. Kesinlikle 4 yıldızlı değil,konfor ve hizmet eksikliği var.Ses yalıtımı iyi değil.4'ü kayta ilk üç gün kaldık sanki sokaktaydık, sonra 7. kata geçtik çok az fark etti. Yani eksikleri çok,yemek ve içecek konusu çok zayıf. Daha iyi hizmet ve olanak servisi olması gerekir, o yüzden orta puan verdim.Ama çalışanlar çok gayretli ve güler yüzlüler ve imkanların hepsini sunmaya çalışıyorlar.Bir gün belki başarırlar!
