The hotel is getting a bit old but it is well kept and clean. The location is very convenient for sighseeing and shopping. While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, some young trainees were ambushing us in the lobby, probably wanting to help but not knowing how to be helpful. This would happen every time we stepped into the lobby and was rather annoying.

My stay at the Westin was very enjoyable. The service was first rate, breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious. Housekeeping was impeccable. I didn't really notice them or their carts. Not sure if that was their intent. The front desk spoke English well and I suspect they are able to speak multiple languages. Staff was very eager to serve their guest and there were plenty around to insure I didn't have to wait. Worth every penny and more.

The staff are excellent at the Westin Josun! Everyone is incredible friendly and speak English (very helpful for foreigners)! I felt very attended to during our stay and would highly recommend.

From the time I arrived to the time I left, everyone was so helpful and always had a smile. They have English speaking staff if you don’t speak Korean. My room was incredible, from the heated toilet seat to the comfortable bed. Centrally located in Myeongdong, I was able to get everywhere with the bus and subway nearby. Shopping and night market was just a block away. I can’t recommend this hotel more. I’ll be back soon!
