Our room had a beautiful view of the shrine. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the city - for example, the subway is not far from the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Also noteworthy is the size of the pool area, which includes a sauna and a spacious changing room with plenty of lockers for storing valuables and clothing. It’s the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day.

Travel all over the world for business we travel all over the world for pleasure. How’s your driving to the airport? We discussed our stay at this hotel and this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed. All the concierge people absolutely amazing. One of them his name was Jackson. He helped us beyond belief. Enjoy the service if you stay at the hotel enjoy it.

We had an amazing stay at the Westin Josun. The hotel is well located close to the heart of Myeongdong. The service was 5 stars- the staff could not have been more helpful. Any time we needed a taxi or anything else, they were on it. The room service was efficient and delicious. I highly recommend it.

The Westin Josun is a lovely property near the Myeong Dong shopping district in Seoul. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would expect from a five star hotel. The staff are so friendly, respectful and helpful. The restaurant’s are top class.The variety at the breakfast buffet is second to none. I would highly recommend The Westin for a stay in Seoul and would definitely return.

The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Even though I didn’t speak the language, communication was easy, and I never had any difficulty making requests or asking questions. This was my second time at the Westin Josun and it did not disappoint. The service was impeccable, the amenities were wonderful (Westin Club -- breakfast, cocktail hour, sauna, gym). The Westin put our family of 4 in a great suite, which gave us enough room. It is so close to the Myeongdong shopping area but not in the middle of the chaos and traffic. A bonus is that the shuttle bus to Incheon Airport stops right in front of the hotel, so we don't have to move our luggage anywhere. I absolutely love the Westin Josun and will stay there anytime I visit Korea.
