Great service , helpful and friendly. Good breakfast variety. Rooms could do with a refurbishment, paint was peeling off walls , door leading to the balcony would not close properly. Overall good for a couple of nights, but wouldn't recommend for a family holiday of 4 people and if you stat any longer than 3 days.

I didn't end up staying .....reserved a room and showed up to pay on property and their card machine wasn't working....very inconvenient and the man at the front desk was rude and dismissive.

Otelimiz için yapılan iyi ve kötü yorumlar doğru olduğu sürece gelişebilmemiz için bizlere yol gösterir .ve teşekkür ederiz .İsterdik ki size de teşekkür edelim .Yorumu yazarken keşke kartınızın güvenlik nedeniyle işlem yapmadığını , yaklaşık 20-25 dakika telefonunuzdan düzeltmeye çalıştığınızı , isterseniz yakındaki bankamatiklerden işlem yapabileceğinizin söylendiğini ,bağırarak konuştuğunuzu ve küfürler ettiğinizi bu yüzden resepsiyon görevlisinin kaba olmak yerine tepkisiz kaldığını , erkek arkadaşınızın bile sizi sakinleştirip götürdüğünü de yazsaydınız ..Otelimizi ve personelimizi haksız yere şuçlayıp misafirlerin ön yargı oluşturmsına sebeb olmak hiç bir misafire yakışmaz .

Antalya holiday
The hotel was good but not as expected. No facilities for making tea in the room were provided. The breakfast was very basic. The fast food restaurants are not to far. The staff are helpful particularly Jaffar. Overall the holiday was good.

Do not stay at Royal city hotel
I stay at Royal hotel was very upsetting not also was I charged extra money for the hotel room when I got there the pool was not working as there was no water in it the rooms were very small if you go mile down the road I checked out and stayed in a hotel close by with a pool and it was absolutely fantastic Royal city is a very very disappointing Hotel

pool opening date 05-15-2022 our rooms are 17 square meters, they are all written, did you not look at our hotel, please do not disparage our hotel

Don’t waste your money !
-nothing like in the photos - a lot of noise outside ( clubs bars etc ) - bathroom tiny - no kettle, hard beds, smallest tv in the world -booked 6 days requested a refund however they could only refund 3 days back so we stayed the night and let the other 2 days go to Hell -nice location for BILEM beach and just a nice exterior Other than that not worth it at all

Fantastic location. Close to some excellent restaurant's and bars. Running along the main stretch so close to the beach. All the hotel staff (day and night shift) were friendly and welcoming. Thanks for the hospitality and great service. Had a problem with the shower but was fixed within 10 minutes of mentioning it. Great job 👍
