Convenient location (across the street is the Xinbeitou MRT), new and modern facilities, comfortable bed, spacious room. Breakfast is so so but half board dinner is very good. Hot springs pools and sauna are great except the 30 minutes closing several times a day which makes it very inconvenient.

Location is great, right outside the train station . Loved the private bath in the hotel room. Also liked the public spa and hot spring. Wished the opening times were 24 hours though. The reception area on level 6 is not so appealing. Would prefer the reception area on the ground floor. I had the dinner and breakfast included. I expected Japanese dinner but instead it was western which was okay. Loved the breakfast buffet, it was so high quality. I would stayed again.

The staff were attentive and could communicate well in English. They showed us the room and provided clear explanations. I appreciated the pillow menu, which allowed us to choose pillows to suit our comfort. The room itself was spacious, though the soundproofing could be improved as we could hear neighbours walking and chatting along the hallway.
