"Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs. Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. "

"Beautiful setting at the edge of the desert - six camps are set up - next to each others - each camp works with multiple agencies - so you may end up with other groups from other agencies in the same camp. The address given in Zagora is the office - NOT the camp. You have to go to the office first - as the camp will require a guide to go on a dirt road in the desert to get to the camp. Try to have dinner in town before showing up at the office to check in - the food is quite limited...

I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. "The hotel is in a lovely setting. Pool area is beautiful. They had cold beer available which is not always the case in Morocco. Our room was large and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Five star staff service. Highly recommend."
