She took care of us during our stay as did Doriane and Elena in the main reception, Christophe at breakfast, Ludovic at the pool. "This is a lovely setting and was a return trip for us. We stayed 5 nights. Bar Fitzgerald had fabulous live music- piano and vocals by extremely gifted lady pianist.There were a few areas that should be improved compared to our previous stays. Concierge are outstanding- Christopher, Luca, over night desk supervisor on Wednesday nights* ( both years). Others whose names I do not know were great. Shortfalls- bar waite staff. Worked very hard, moved very fast, avoided eye contact often. ...

The hotel like many in the area of a certain age, has no air conditioning but we were comfortable at night with a fan. Our room boasted a little terrace and while simple the bed was comfortable and the ironed sheets a treat. Breakfast consisted of coffee, croissants, and juice. The flakey chocolate croissant will be missed. A glimpse of yester year at this historic charmer."
