Clean, lush, not too crowded, very warm and helpful staff. Heaps of activities. We, 2 adults, stayed only 2 days but loved it and could have happily stayed a week or more.

Perfect stay with family and little ones fun for adults too where you can always keep an eye out on your little ones. Dining and shopping is everywhere and accessible. Very fun would recommend to other families and can’t wait to come back

Room was very clean. Monkeys right out side our balcony. Very friendly staff. Only bad thing is reservations for different restaurants. Can’t get into many of them. We were there 6 nights only got into 1 . Besides buffet.

We have stayed at Turtke Beach Resort now 5 times yes it is clean and the staff are friendly we just feel that it is now a little dated could do with an upgrade. I also have mobility issues and not having lifts is now a problem.
